Marketing Business Development and Social Media Management Intern
Intern role focused on business development with additional responsibilities in social media marketing. Work with our team to drive growth, generate leads, and enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Generate leads through various channels (email, phone, social media).
- Follow up with leads using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Schedule calls and appointments with potential clients for our tech team.
- Create and refine sales pitches and proposals.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies.
- Create engaging, industry-relevant content for LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Use social media as a tool for lead generation and relationship building.
- Analyze social media metrics to improve lead generation efforts.
- General Responsibilities
- Support marketing team with lead nurturing tasks and projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for lead generation.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns to attract leads.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, especially in a business context.
- Familiarity with B2B social media strategies and best practices.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience with cold emailing and cold calling is highly desirable.
Duration
- 3 months, part-time or full-time. Possibility of extension or permanent role based on performance.
